Superhost Subprocessors
Last updated: May 7, 2026
Superhost uses the following third-party service providers, also called subprocessors, to provide, secure, and improve the Superhost service.
A subprocessor is a third party that may process personal data on behalf of Superhost when Superhost provides services to its customers. We require subprocessors to process personal data only as needed to provide their services to us and to apply appropriate security and data protection measures.
| Subprocessor | Purpose | Data processed |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel | Web app and API hosting, serverless infrastructure, Vercel Blob media storage, and Vercel AI Gateway | Account data, workspace data, guest communication data, booking/context data, logs, media/attachments, and AI prompts/responses where AI features are used |
| Supabase | Transactional database and backend services | Account data, workspace data, guest records, conversation metadata/content, booking/context data |
| Resend | Transactional email delivery | Email addresses, email content, delivery metadata |
| Twilio | SMS and WhatsApp messaging infrastructure | Phone numbers, WhatsApp/SMS message content, message metadata, delivery metadata |
| Stripe | Payments, billing, invoices, and subscriptions | Customer billing data, payment metadata, subscription data |
| Sentry | Support tickets and/or error monitoring | Support messages, account identifiers, technical logs, error reports, device/browser metadata, and any personal data included in support requests or logs |
We may update this list from time to time as our service evolves. If we add or replace a subprocessor in a way that materially affects the processing of customer or guest personal data, we will update this page.
